I thrive off customer service I do not spend my money where your only sales driven but more so transparent. I called about a vehicle on Monday Mr. Moose reached out to me and kept in touch even when the vehicle was on the verge of selling to another buyer so I wouldn’t waste my day. I drove down from MS on Thursday test drove the car paperwork was quick I was out there less than 2 hours and if I needed to I would buy from them again .

Door lock problem and water pump problem water pump was replaced before a new problem. Radiator fluid was replaced one month before that through a different dealer and didn’t catch the problem with the water pump. Lexus took care of the problem and fixed door locks

Everyone was great, welcoming and truly caring for my needs which were simple. I learned from Jessee Bettis how to set up remote parking which is very amazing. Jessika got my TX in quickly to reset my car’s computer to add a feature which lowers my windows and opens the moonroof in this extremely hot weather when I remotely open my TX. I am very pleased and proud to be a two Lexus owner my LS 460 and my new TX 350. Thank You Lexus of Mobile.

Eric was friendly and responsive to our questions. We enjoyed working with him. Trevan the finance person was very nice as well. We were surprised at the dealer warranty options, we weren’t prepared for that kind of decision having to be made sitting there in the finance office. Felt a little blindsided. Then again I should have been better prepared. All in all the price for the RX was fair, the sales and finance people were easy to work with. Just do your homework before you buy. We got a nice vehicle at a good price.
