Professional, friendly, thorough and a comfortable place to wait
Eric was friendly and responsive to our questions. We enjoyed working with him. Trevan the finance person was very nice as well. We were surprised at the dealer warranty options, we weren’t prepared for that kind of decision having to be made sitting there in the finance office. Felt a little blindsided. Then again I should have been better prepared. All in all the price for the RX was fair, the sales and finance people were easy to work with. Just do your homework before you buy. We got a nice vehicle at a good price.
Service was AWESOME...I give my consultant LIZ a 5 plus..plus. She handled all of my sevice needs and questions with a smile.

Our car broke down on the bridge 30 miles north of Mobile from Atlanta and we had to tow our car to the dealership for repair Saturday. Mark was prompt and greeted my husband as the tow truck entered their lot. He was graciously helpful and nice enough to allow us to get a loaner car to our destination nearby until the car was repaired. My first experience with Lexus service was amazing. My car was very clean and bright and shining. Elizabeth was very charming and helpful.
Liz and Michael were great! The service technicians took great care of my vehicle and it was spotless when I returned for pick-up. I drove out of state to visit this dealership because of its excellent reviews. I can honestly say, they take great care of their customers here. I would gladly make the trip again for service like this!

To my surprise I found my vehicle with a flat tire. I called Dexter and asked if my tire was in stock. He immediately started the service process and replaced my tires within an hour. I can’t blame Micheal for the mechanic mistakes but I can blame Micheal for telling me the lame excuses for why perfectly 2022 Lexus rx was shaking so bad as if was about to shut off after I received it back from them and then only to find out that the person working on my vehicle left a hose unhooked. After paying so much for a routine oil change they almost tore up my vehicle.
