From start to finish on buying from y’all I was very pleased. I had the deal on the car done before I even got there Mrs Roslyn (the deal lady) she was very easy to work with very polite and professional and very responsive, and got us the deal we wanted. From the phone call to schedule your car to the text alert that your car work is complete is a 5 star experience. All the staff is professional. I did not require a loaner, so I did experience the measures gone to by the dealership to make your time there comfortable. A great dealership!

I love Lexus if Mobile!!!!! I was able to get my car serviced and was offered a loaner at no cost to me to go on to work and they wash and detail my car like new !!!!! My service advisor Ernie was the absolute greatest!!!!!! I don’t want my service advisor to be anyone outside of Ernie he was just that good and accommodating!

This location always, always always offer five star service. I have been dealing with them for almost 20 years, through two Lexus ownerships and they have always been on top of it. My most recent purchase had to be done in Huntsville because Mobile's location didn't have the car that I wanted in the color that I wanted listed on their site and I was unable to get additional information on what they had available. I did still try to reach out to a salesman at this location and the salesman said he would have to call me back about the purchase I wanted to make but he didn't call back for 2-3 weeks. By that time I had already made my purchase in Huntsville. But that is the only negative experience I have ever had there. Definitely stop by to see them if you want A1 service 99.9 percent of the time which is a better track record than the success of birth control. Ha! Ha! Visit Lexus of Mobile. It's worth it.

I needed an emergency appointment for an oilr change as I had to go out of town unexpectedly. When I tried to schedule I was told there were no available appointments. I knew I had to go somewhere. The service desk operator went and spoke to Ernie and he was able to fit me in. I really appreciated that.

Lexus of Mobile always does such an awesome job with service. They have a board that keeps you updated on what stage your car is in. The waiting room is nice with snacks and drinks.

While visiting Navarre Beach, FL, my Lexus picked up a nail in a tire and a patch was not an option. Thankfully, the tire was under road hazard warranty but the nearest Lexus Service Center was Lexus of Mobile. Knowing that in a few days we would be traveling back to Arkansas and not trusting a spare tire to get us home safely, I called Lexus of Mobile to speak to a service scheduler. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name, but he was nice and very helpful. After he took my information and verified that a matching Michelin tire was available, we headed to Mobile. From the moment we entered the service center, we were treated like we were so kindly and valued. Hats off to Ernie! He made sure we were kept informed on the service timeline, and that we were comfortable in the waiting area. I’m sure he also expedited the service. Ernie, we made back to Arkansas with no problems. Thanks so much for your caring attitude.

Professional, personal, thorough and on time!

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Sales consultant Sim Pettway Jr was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful through the entire process. I never felt pressured throughout this experience. I would definitely recommend his services & Lexus of Mobile to others.

My car took longer than normal this time I believe there was a mixup in my car wasn’t taken outside when it was taken back when it was supposed to. They also tried to charge me the service fee, but my car is certified and under warranty. I had to ask them to please double check my charge he did and I was correct. Otherwise it’s nice to get a loaner car when my car is serviced.

Customer service has always been the best and most important aspect for us. We will always support your team. Your team is always professional and Michael is the best.

From start to finish, the customer service was truly top tier and by far the best experience I had after looking at Lexus dealerships both in and out of state. A huge thank you to Jeff for taking such great care of us! He was patient, answered every question we had, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. We were actually about to settle on another vehicle when he pulled up one that had just come in, and it ended up being THE car for me! This was my first time purchasing a Lexus, and Jeff made the entire process feel comfortable, easy, and exciting. I truly couldn’t thank him enough! I also want to thank Kayla, who I originally went in to see. We have been using Lexus of Mobile for service on our GX460s (we have 2) for over 10 years. Top notch service without trying to upsale us on unnecessary work. Quick, helpful, great service

Excellent service, but it did take about twice as long as I was told the service would take. I had to wait on the car because they didn’t have a loaner.

Lexus of Mobile was one of the best experiences buying a car I have ever had. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They set the bar high and will be hard to match. Our salesman Sim was awesome and would send anybody to him!

My experience with Lexus of Mobile was nothing short of exceptional, and I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service and workmanship I received. I brought my 2010 Lexus RX 350 with 192,000 miles in for extensive preventative maintenance. Michael and Daniel, my Service Advisors, were professional, courteous, and attentive from start to finish. Before my appointment, I was given an estimate, and when I dropped the vehicle off, we reviewed the work and pricing again. When the final estimate came in nearly $800.00 higher due to a miscommunication and discrepancy on the estimate, Daniel immediately involved Service Manager, Aaron. Aaron did not argue, make excuses or even try to side track the conversation. Without hesitation, Aaron honored the original estimate. That is true customer service—standing behind your word and doing what is right for the customer Once I got home, I removed the panels to personally inspect the work. Having been disappointed by other dealerships in the past, I wanted to make sure everything had been done properly. What I found genuinely impressed me. The technician, Timothy Saranthaus not only completed every aspect of the job correctly, but also took the time to properly secure wires and lines using original fasteners that had previously been missing. He even cleaned the lower portion of the engine compartment and sent me a 5 minute video going over every detail of the work performed. The workmanship was exceptional and it his obvious that Timothy takes pride in everything he does. I recently retired from Federal Service, where I served as a Contracting Officer and conducted thousands upon thousands of inspections of completed work and projects over the past 44 years. I can honestly say that the quality, attention to detail, and pride demonstrated in this repair exceeded my expectations and without doubt, the best seen to date. Please pass on my sincere appreciation to the Service tech, Timothy Saranthaus. His pride in his profession is evident in the work he performed, and it shows on my vehicle. Lexus of Mobile is truly blessed to have a Solid Gold performer like Timothy who truly cares about his workmanship and most importantly, the safety of his customers I cannot remember a time when I was happier to spend money on my vehicle. I thrive off customer service I do not spend my money where your only sales driven but more so transparent. I called about a vehicle on Monday Mr. Moose reached out to me and kept in touch even when the vehicle was on the verge of selling to another buyer so I wouldn’t waste my day. I drove down from MS on Thursday test drove the car paperwork was quick I was out there less than 2 hours and if I needed to I would buy from them again .
