Took way too long for an oil change, 3 hours, even though I was compensated. Very disappointed Lexus would not program my new tire sensors I purchased online.
My 20K service was excellent. My service manager, Ernie was ready for me when I arrived with a loaner. When my car was ready, Ernie went over everything with me. Easy in and out. Thanks Ernie!

Sim Pettway is personable and easy-going, you can’t ask for much more when shopping for a vehicle. I ultimately went with another dealer because they had the vehicle i wanted in a higher trim. That being said, I’ll return to Lexus in the future based on my experience with Sim alone. 5 stars for Sim

Every time I went to the Lexus dealer I couldn't buy a car for some reason and had to go to another dealer to buy another car. But after meeting Mr. Lawrence this time, I was so happy that my daughter received the car she had been waiting for on the same week as promised. I also want to applaud the sense of putting the car in a separate garage with a transparent window and tying a ribbon before handing it over to my daughter. Thanks again

Ernie at Lexus of Mobile is amazing! I had a very difficult repair. Squirrels ate my wiring harness, radio wires, GPS, etc. Ernie was absolutely wonderful through the whole process. He spoke with my insurance adjuster several times a week to keep her and myself in the loop. Ernie even helped me get a loaner car bc I didn’t have rental car coverage and was paying a lot out of pocket for a rental. I wish I could give 10 stars. Stellar service.
