It’s crucial that you have a budget in mind before you start searching for a pre-owned model in earnest. We recommend choosing a model with payments that are less than 15% of your monthly take-home pay. Don’t forget about insurance, taxes, dealer and registration fees, maintenance and any applicable parking costs when you create your budget. If you can, make a large down payment, as this will reduce your monthly payments or shorten your term overall.
